Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (completed) Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
- Experience in Customer Service or Collections is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Perform voice-based customer service or collections activities
- Update internal systems and maintain call records
- Communicate with clients via calls and emails
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and US regulations (where applicable)
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and productivity targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Be versatile to work extended hours during high call volumes
