Experience

- 12–15 years of post-qualification experience
- Qualified CA or ICWA or B.com or MBA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting (GL Accounting Accounts Payable) operations for a Financial Services client.
- Manage Month-End Closing, GL Reconciliations, Accruals, P&L; Finalization, Financial & Statutory Reporting.
- Oversee Accounts Payable operations including Vendor Setup, Invoice Processing, Payments, and Query Resolution.
- Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and policy implementation.




- Lead a team of approximately 100 finance professionals across multiple F&A; functions.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL) Accounting
- Month-End Closing
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Financial Reporting
- SOX Controls
- IFRS/US GAAP
- Experience managing large teams and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, governance, and people management skills.
- Experience in offshore/BPO Finance & Accounting operations is preferred.

- Adaptable to work in US shift hours.
- Passport ready with willingness to travel on short notice.
