Role Description The Associate Founder role is a part-time remote position responsible for supporting the strategic development, growth, and governance of Blake Atlantic Group’s portfolio companies. This role will help evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct market and competitive research, and assist in building business cases and growth plans.

Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with founders and leadership teams, preparing presentations and reports, contributing to capital allocation decisions, and tracking key performance metrics across the portfolio.

Founder will also support brand, positioning, and partnership initiatives and help maintain solid stakeholder relationships. The role is designed for a highly motivated,



entrepreneurial individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the long-term vision of the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with market analysis, financial modeling, and evaluating business opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities, with the ability to develop and refine growth strategies, portfolio roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, investment memos, stakeholder updates, and internal documentation.
- Relationship-building and collaboration skills to work with founders, executives, partners, and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, and discretion when working with confidential information and sensitive business matters.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, ability to take initiative, and willingness to contribute at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms) in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in investing, consulting, or building businesses is a plus.
