Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. The role involves managing end-to-end SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformation programs, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS engagements while partnering with senior business stakeholders and global delivery teams..

Key skills required

- Lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and support programs.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery from planning through hypercare.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects.
- Oversee delivery across SAP modules including:
- Education: BE/B.Tech/Any full-time graduation.
- Manage governance, program planning, RAID logs, budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and implementation partners.




- Lead geographically distributed teams comprising Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and PMO teams.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and delivery excellence.
