At Unacademy Group, we're looking for an Associate Director Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition and business growth across our consumer businesses.

This is a leadership role for someone who has built and scaled performance marketing functions, managed large marketing spends, and delivered measurable business impact through paid acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end performance marketing charter and drive customer acquisition at scale.
- Manage large marketing budgets while maximizing business growth and marketing efficiency.
- Lead app marketing and paid acquisition initiatives across multiple digital channels.
- Drive campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously improve marketing performance through experimentation, audience segmentation, creative optimization, and conversion improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Business teams to build scalable growth strategies.
- Track key business metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.

Who We're Looking For

- 6-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing,



or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.
- Strong experience in App Marketing and paid acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition for high-growth consumer businesses.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience leading teams and working in rapid-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Background

- Strong academic and professional pedigree.
- Experience across multiple consumer industries, bringing diverse business exposure.
- Candidates from D2C brands, Consumer Internet companies, or leading Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing agencies will be strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling performance marketing functions.
