As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for an Associate Director (Business Head) to lead and scale the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You'll Do

Drive business growth and admissions strategy

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams

Expand our network of schools, colleges, and channel partners

Strengthen our brand through impactful marketing initiatives

Develop systems, SOPs, and operational excellence

Manage budgets, profitability, and business performance

Translate vision into execution and deliver measurable results

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 5+ years of leadership experience

Comes from Study Abroad, International Education, EdTech, Education Services, or Admissions

Has successfully managed teams and scaled business operations





Is strategic, data-driven, and highly execution-focused

Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-growing workplace

Is comfortable with targets, decision-making, and building systems

Education: MBA preferred (Exceptional leadership experience will also be considered.)
