India Job Family Group Research and Development Worker Type Regular Posting Start Date November 18 2025 Business unit Finance Experience Level Early Careers What s the role This role is a stakeholder-facing role accountable for all analytical activities in the Global Category analytics team within Mobility NFR The expectation would be to Work in workstreams with multiple Global as well as market stakeholders Write efficient code and models deploying industry best practices and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions Work with data scientist or lead to utilize Gen AI prompts for business use cases Be Comfortable motivated to do analysis across DIPP Descriptive Inquisitive Predictive Prescriptive spectrum Governance Quality Adhere to MCDS quality standards ensuring compliance with security ethics and model governance requirements What you ll be doing Gather requirements from different stakeholders on regular basis along with the data scientist and work with them to translate them into technical tasks Ensure timely communication and course correction for all tasks Be the point of contact for your workstreams Be able to tie business use cases to analytical solutions Explain technical Machine learning AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders Support all Current Future Analytical tools across different areas of Business including but not limited to Pre- Post Test Control analysis Root Cause Analysis for business performance Detecting patterns generating insights for specific business use cases End to End Promotional assessment Design a Machine learning model which can optimize promotions based on user objective Out of Shelf - Be able to develop Optimize scale existing Out of shelf solutions or if need be build from scratch Work with data scientist lead to generate insights across the 5Ps Performance Product Promotions Pricing Placement in collaboration with other teams Exploratory data analysis - Have the business technical knowledge to be able to perform exploratory analysis in databricks for different initiatives within NFR Have a deep understanding of the NFR business What you bring 3 years in Power BI SQL Data Analysis with preferred experience in Python Databricks Good to have experience with stakeholder management understanding of Retail KPIs Robust proficiency in SQL Python Databricks Machine Learning and Retail business Basic knowledge of Generative AI how to use Good to have -
