You drive the following tasks:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses products, businesses, applications, and service offerings
- Promote company's reputation, by providing excellent customer service & improving customer connection through analyzing customer needs - gathering market intelligence - collaborating with internal teams and finding required solution.
- Manage client requests via emails in timely and effective manner through excellent oral and written communication.
- Ensure proper documentation, in accordance with the performance and service standards
- Manage complex workload with good judgment and prioritization skills is important.
- Foster a team-oriented environment within the team, focusing on amplifying learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree : chemical background will be a plus.
- Proficiency in English additional EU language is a plus
- Minimum 2+ years experience in customer facing roles through phone and emails.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Office.
