Role Description As an Associate Consultant at Skin in the Game Consulting, you will support client engagements by gathering and analyzing data, preparing presentations, and contributing to strategic recommendations. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs, participate in workshops and meetings, and assist in designing and implementing solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting research, drafting reports and proposals, documenting project progress, and coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and clients in person. You will be expected to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines,



and maintain high professional standards in all client-facing and internal work.

Qualifications 0-3 years experience in consulting or market research ctc upto 4 lacs max

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Capability to manage projects and tasks, prioritize work, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with client interaction, including participating in meetings, workshops, and presentations in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in common business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new analytical and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, social sciences, or a related field; consulting or internship experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, learning-oriented workplace.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis and maintain ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory professional conduct.
