Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties / Business-as-Usual (BAU)

· Settlement & Clearing: Manage and execute the settlement cycle for equity derivatives, stock lending and borrowing, Fixed Income, listed derivatives

· Treasury Forecasting: Contribute to accurate and timely treasury forecasts by providing reliable data and insights related to expected cash flows and exposures.

· Payment Processing & SSI Management: Execute payments efficiently and accurately, and manage the creation and maintenance of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs)



to prevent settlement failures.

· Reconciliation: Perform regular and rigorous reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash with external agents, custodians, exchange, regulators and internal systems to identify and resolve any breaks.

· Daily Task Declaration: Accurately and promptly declare all completed daily tasks in the designated operational tool, ensuring complete audit trails.

· Fee Management: Accurately process and reconcile all fees associated with global market and treasury activities.

· Collateral Management: Handle collateral management activities for OTC derivatives and repo.
