? PACS-integrated imaging inside the Moolchand MyHealth App, enabling patients to securely view imaging (X-ray/CT/MRI/USG)
? A structured paperless hospital model with digitized medical records, integrated CRM systems, and real-time dashboards
? The Role
This is an AI-first execution role.
You will use AI tools to create and publish high-quality healthcare content at speed — while ensuring medical accuracy, brand consistency, and performance-driven iteration.
? What You’ll Own
? AI Content Production (Core)
Use AI workflows to generate and produce:
Social posts (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn)
Reels/Shorts scripts, hooks, captions, hashtags (AI-assisted)
Doctor/specialty explainers, patient FAQs, symptom-to-treatment journeys (AI-assisted)
Website/landing page content for campaigns (AI-assisted)
Convert doctor inputs into patient-friendly output using structured prompting
Ensure medical accuracy, clarity, and brand tone (final human validation)
? SEO + Discoverability (Search + AI)
Improve specialty discovery through
keyword intent mapping (treatments/symptoms/doctor queries)
meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal linking, alt-text
Google Business Profile posts + hygiene
Structure content for AI/LLM discoverability (GEO basics)
? Publishing + Coordination
Maintain weekly/monthly content calendar
Coordinate with doctors/department teams for inputs and approvals
Ensure timely publishing, version control, and campaign support
? Key Competencies Required (AI-First)
✔ Prompt engineering for healthcare content (FAQs, landing pages, doctor profiles)
✔ AI content workflows: generate → refine → validate medically → publish
✔ Video prompting + short-form execution with AI tools
✔ SEO execution: keyword intent, metadata, on-page structure, internal linking
✔ Structured working style: calendars, approvals, version control, turnaround time
✔ Quality control mindset: medical accuracy + compliance + brand consistency
Healthcare/hospital exposure preferred (agency or in-house).
? Preferred Tool Knowledge (AI + Content Production)
AI & Prompting Tools (Preferred):
✔ ChatGPT / Claude (prompting for healthcare content, scripts, FAQs, landing pages)
SEO / Publishing Tools
✔ Google Search Console (basic monitoring: impressions, CTR, indexing signals)
✔ CMS publishing (WordPress/Laravel CMS, or equivalent)
✔ Google Business Profile (posting + optimization)
You won’t just create content.
