Specialist (C) - Accounting Operations

What can you expect

- A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team.

- Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.

- Continuous mentorship - collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager.

Responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.

- Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.

- Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.

- Manage month-end / quarter-end R2R processes:

- Fixed Assets, Revenue Accruals, Prepayment, Payroll Activities, Intercompany

- Coordinating with controllers and other functional teams to clear open items

- Balance Sheet reconciliations

- Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.





- Managing audit requirements

Note: Applicants must be willing and flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts.

What you need to have

- Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of work experience / CA with 0-1 years of work experience.

- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.

- Ability to work within tight deadlines.

- Ability to deal with multiple formats of data large volumes of data.

- Good communication skills.

- Must have worked on Oracle/ERP.

- Must be keen to learn.
