GK & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Warehouse In charge to support warehouse operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inventory, supervising warehouse teams, ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining stock accuracy, and implementing warehouse best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise Warehouse In-Charges and warehouse staff across assigned locations.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate ERP/WMS transactions and warehouse documentation.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Train and guide warehouse teams to improve efficiency and performance.
- Handle operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in the automobile or spare parts industry will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
