Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the weld shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control.

- Oversee robotic welding processes, including programming, setup, and troubleshooting.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize line balancing, cycle time reduction, and capacity calculation.

Job Requirements :

- 9-15 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.

- Robust knowledge of Fanuc robots, projection welding techniques (spot welding), SAP systems, and time study methodologies.

- Proficiency in OEE calculation and implementation of lean manufacturing principles for improved productivity.
