Roles and Responsibilities:-

Sales Support:

- Follow up on all sales leads, enquiries, and walk-ins; identify customer needs through effective questioning and sales surveys.

- Support lead generation by interacting with referrals, potential sources, and prospective customers to drive sales opportunities.

- Conduct project presentations as per manager instructions and explain project features &

advantages to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain ongoing communication with interested clients to nurture discussions, ensure customer satisfaction, and close deals.

- Monitor competitor activities and coordinate with internal teams to increase lead conversion and overall sales.

Customer Support-

- Handle after-sales customer service and collection coordination

- Provide product/project and enquiry support





- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up reports

- Analyze and add value to potential buyers

- Identify gaps and support sales & marketing improvement

Operational Support:

- Lead, train, coach, and equip the sales team to perform effectively

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and organizational goals

- Set individual sales targets and refine sales scripts with agents

- Track, analyze, and report sales performance through daily/weekly/monthly MIS

- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization
