Position Summary Configure and customize Salesforce LS Cloud / Health Cloud to deliver the agreed technical design. Build high-quality, tested, and documented functionality on the Salesforce platform as part of the India delivery pod under the guidance of the Salesforce Technical Lead.

Job Responsibilities Configure

Salesforce LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and security

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries

Build Flows, approval processes, and declarative automations

Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email templates, MedComms workflows

Build and maintain unit tests; target 85%+ code coverage

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies

Document configuration and custom code





Support defect triage, fix, and re-testing during SIT, UAT, and validation phases

Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling Education Bachelor of Engineering Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer Work Experience 0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology Behavioural Competencies Teamwork & Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit Technical Competencies Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Capability Building / Thought Leadership
