Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales function.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
- Mentor, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Build robust relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
