Job Role - Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitoring safety and security systems, supporting emergency response activities, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that all incidents, abnormalities, and concerns are reported and addressed promptly in line with established procedures.

Essential Duties - Safety & Security Operations

- Maintain continuous vigilance across the facility through physical patrols and surveillance systems.
- Monitor CCTV and other security systems and promptly report any irregularities or concerns.
- Manage material movement and visitor activities within the facility while ensuring compliance with all safety & security procedures.
- Monitoring and conducting regular checks of fire and life safety systems as per relevant standards.
- Report incidents, hazards, and abnormalities to the relevant stakeholders and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure safe escorting for women employees during night shifts and provide doorstep drop.
- Track employee transportation, ensure the safe movement of vehicles, and respond promptly to any emergencies reported during employee transit.

Emergency Response & Safety

- Maintain knowledge of Site Emergency Response Plan.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and security-related situations as per the procedures.
- Participate actively in emergency preparedness activities and mock drills.




- Provide basic first aid assistance when required.
- Identify and escalate safety hazards and potential risks before they become incidents.

Reception & Visitor Experience

- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. Support reception-related activities and help create a positive first impression of the organization.
- Provide guidance and assistance to visitors while ensuring compliance with site access procedures.

Qualification – Minimum 12th Pass Preferences - NCC B or C Certificate, 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Security, Certified First Aider, Certification in Fire & Safety operations.
