Role & responsibilities

- Proactively generate and convert leads from both existing and new clients/business partners.

- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets related to client calls, meetings, site visits, and revenue.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.

- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various outreach and promotional activities.

- Drive revenue growth in alignment with the companys strategic business goals.

- Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale satisfaction.

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university.

- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate – Field Sales is mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
