Working Days : Monday–Friday (5 Days) We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager – EPR & Recycling with experience in Plastic, Battery, or E Waste EPR compliance sales to drive B2B business growth.

Experience Required : 4+ Years Key Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for EPR & Recycling services.

Acquire and manage B2B clients.

Conduct sales meetings and presentations.

Achieve sales targets.

Prepare proposals and quotations.

Build client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams.

Maintain CRM and sales reports.

Track market trends.

Ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:

4–6 years of B2B sales experience.

2–3 years of experience in Plastic, Battery, or E-Waste EPR compliance sales.

Robust communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

MBA/PGDM preferred.
