Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through agency channel sales, tied channel partnerships, and direct marketing initiatives.

- Manage a team of agents to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve their skills and productivity.

- Identify recent opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products to existing clients or prospects through effective relationship management.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted campaigns that meet the company's goals.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in agency development, agency sales, direct channel sales, or similar roles.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective team handling and strategy implementation.

- Strong understanding of tied channel partnerships and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
