About the Role

Moe's Casa Mexicana is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on QSR experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth shift operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and lead shift teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction.
- Handle cash management, billing, POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth store operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update the Store Manager on key business metrics.




- Take complete charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a QSR as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Floor Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with effective problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualification
- Graduate preferred (Hospitality or Hotel Management background is an added advantage).
- Prior QSR experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
