Restaurant Operations

- Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and floor.

- Ensure smooth service during regular operations, peak hours, and events.

- Monitor opening and closing procedures.

- Ensure all operational SOPs are followed consistently.

Team Leadership

- Supervise and motivate service staff during shifts.

- Conduct daily briefings and allocate responsibilities.

- Train new team members on service standards and operational procedures.

- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, discipline, and performance.

- Foster a positive, guest-focused work environment.

Guest Experience

- Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service.

- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Build relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.

- Ensure every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

Sales &

- Revenue

- Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

- Encourage upselling of food, craft beers, cocktails, towers, and promotions.

- Promote in-house events, offers, and special experiences.

- Maximize table utilization while maintaining excellent service standards.

Reservations &

- Events

- Coordinate reservations and table allocations efficiently.





- Assist in executing birthday celebrations, corporate events, and private parties.

- Ensure event setups and guest requirements are executed flawlessly.

- Coordinate with the marketing and reservations teams to maximize bookings.

Hygiene &

- Compliance

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas.

- Monitor compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and company policies.

- Ensure staff adhere to health, safety, and operational standards.

Coordination &

- Reporting

- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, marketing, and management teams.

- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates.

- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
