Role Overview As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project planning and delivery, keep trackers and timelines current, and help teams stay coordinated and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Coordination & Tracking - Maintain project plans, trackers, and task lists day to day

- Coordinate meetings, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Keep documentation and status updates accurate and current Support & Communication - Help flag risks, blockers, and slipping timelines early




- Support project managers across planning and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile - 0 to 2 years in a project, coordination, or operations role; freshers welcome
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfort with spreadsheets and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications - An internship or project exposure in a startup or tech team
- Awareness of Agile or Scrum ways of working
