- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and laboratory practicals.
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research activities.
- Supervise laboratory sessions and ensure laboratory safety.
- Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance.
- Mentor students and provide academic counseling.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and extension activities.
- Perform departmental and institutional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- First Class B.Pharm and M.Pharm in the relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy Practice, etc.).
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is preferred or required, depending on the institution.
- Registration as a Pharmacist, where applicable.
- Must meet Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and university norms
