Essential Qualifications - Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks

- M.Ed. with at least 55% marks
- NET (National Eligibility Test) qualified
- Qualifications should be as per NCTE / UGC norms for teacher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities - Deliver effective classroom teaching and academic mentoring for B.Ed. students

- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Engage in research, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs
- Support institutional activities, accreditation processes, and quality initiatives
