Qualification: MBA / MCom
Experience: minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
Role & responsibilities:
- Course delivery planning, Teaching & mentoring students
- Coordination of Academic, Cocurricular & Extracurricular events.
- Involvement in Research publications, Patents, Grants, Consultancy
- Participation in FDPs, workshops, seminars preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to plan and deliver lectures effectively (theory + lab)
- Curriculum and lesson planning in line with university standards
- Leadership skills & positive communication
- Conducting assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions
