Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and industry-oriented Assistant Professor (BCA/MCA) to deliver engaging and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate computer application students. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect theoretical concepts with real-world software development and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities****Academic Delivery
Deliver interactive lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and project guidance while ensuring conceptual clarity and hands-on learning.
Student Mentorship
Guide students in academic projects, software development practices, problem-solving, career readiness, and emerging technologies.
Curriculum & Assessment
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical evaluations, examinations, and continuously assess student performance with constructive feedback.
Academic Collaboration
Coordinate with faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery, develop learning resources, and contribute to departmental initiatives.
Industry Integration
Introduce students to modern software development methodologies, current technology trends, and industry best practices through practical demonstrations and project-based learning.

- Industry experience in software development, web technologies, mobile application development, or DevOps will be an added advantage.
