Minimum

Qualifications

Assistant Professor

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.

Strong academic background with demonstrated teaching potential.

Evidence of quality research publications in Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals and reputed conferences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Associate Professor

Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

Significant teaching experience at a recognized higher education institution.

Robust publication record in high-quality journals.

Demonstrated success in research funding, doctoral supervision, and academic leadership.

Industry collaboration and curriculum development experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

International academic or industry experience.

Postdoctoral research experience.

Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and accreditation frameworks such as NBA, NAAC, ABET, or AACSB.

Experience using modern software development tools, cloud platforms, and AI technologies.

Active industry certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco, Oracle, Red Hat, etc.).

Experience supervising Ph.D. scholars and funded research projects.

Demonstrated engagement with innovation ecosystems, startups, or technology commercialization.
