Role Description The Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Mahabubabad. The Assistant will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting in coordination of academic or departmental processes.
Responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and providing logistical support for events, workshops,
and official visits. The role also involves liaising with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks. The Assistant is expected to follow institutional policies, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to an efficient and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and document management.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and data entry.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment and maintain skilled conduct and integrity.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, management, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an educational or public sector institution will be considered an advantage.
