About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute the brand, digital, and project marketing initiatives across our residential and commercial developments. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, campaign management, content development, vendor coordination and on-ground marketing execution to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate marketing or a similar consumerfacing industry and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with day-to-day marketing operations which will include the following:

1. Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
2. Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop content that aligns with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.
3. Vendor and Agency Management: Liaise with creative agencies, digital marketing partners,



and other third-party vendors to streamline communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
4. Digital Presence Management: Oversee our online presence, including updating website content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate with digital agencies for performance marketing campaigns, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
5. Event Management Support: Provide logistical and on-ground support for marketing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution. 6. Budget Tracking: Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.

Preferred Skills:

1. Real estate marketing experience with experience in managing project launches and lead-generation campaigns.
2. Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
3. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content creation platforms.
