Assistant Manager – Training

Location: Indore

Shift: Flexible to support Mexico & Brazil operations AM Salary – 10.5L to 11L

Experience

Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Learning & Development.

At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing a training team within an International BPO environment.

Strong BFSI experience with exposure to:

Fraud Operations

Credit Card Services

Chargebacks & Disputes

Risk & Compliance

Financial Services Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end training operations, including Current Hire Training, Refresher Training, Cross-skilling, and Nesting Support.

Manage and develop a team of Trainers to achieve business and learning objectives.

Drive training governance,



certification frameworks, and quality standards.

Ensure alignment of training programs with business and client requirements.

Monitor training effectiveness, certification performance, and speed-to-proficiency metrics.

Partner with Operations, Quality, Recruitment, and Client stakeholders to drive consistent learner outcomes.
