- Strong BFSI experience with exposure to:
- Fraud Operations
- Credit Card Services
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Risk & Compliance
- Financial Services Operations Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end training operations, including New Hire Training, Refresher Training, Cross-skilling, and Nesting Support.
- Manage and develop a team of Trainers to achieve business and learning objectives.
- Drive training governance,



certification frameworks, and quality standards.
- Ensure alignment of training programs with business and client requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness, certification performance, and speed-to-proficiency metrics.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Recruitment, and Client stakeholders to drive consistent learner outcomes.
