Receive BMR & BPR from production, scrutinize for authorizations from Production and QA and plan for days raw and packaging material dispensing activity.
The initiation of periodical review and initiation of new SOPs in the Warehouse.
Iniation on Retest materials in evry month and execute it.
Doing RM dispensing as when required basis.
Doing the changes like change control & deviations required in various stages.
To ensure the dispensing of Raw and Packaging materials are done as per the Production schedule without delay
Ensure valuable housekeeping in the entire storage areas of the Warehouse.
Ensure that, daily Verification and Calibration of Electronic Weighing balance are carried out and recorded.
Carry out on line SAP posting of material receipt and issues or dispensed.
Carry out periodical physical stock verification of Raw & Packaging materials
Receipt of all incoming Materials to Stores. as per the written down procedure of receiving, storing and handling of materials in the stores.
Doing GRN of all incoming materials and its documents.
Handling & dispensing of Solvents in solvent Storage area.
Responsible for adherence to Data Integrity policy and Good Documentation Practices.
conducting training in LMS to employee in the department as a Department Training coordinator & handling DMS,QMS in various stages.
