Order Execution Coordinating with client for Product requirement or Purchase Orders.
Preparing and Intimating work orders to LL Sites / Purchase Orders to P2P Sites / Site Coordinator and gathering RM / PM shortfall.
Identify new P2P sites for product sourcing.
Preparation of planning sheet and Coordination with in house departments for order procurement of RM / PM.
Coordinating for Production Schedules and intimating clients.
Ensuring timely adherence to production and packing schedules, QC releases and final dispatch.
Addressing any post-dispatch queries of clients related to product delivery and quality issues and communicating the same to relevant departments for timely responses.
Logistics Co-coordinating the Logistics and Dispatches of all RM and PM from warehouse to different designated sites for domestic operations.
Responsible for confirming the deliveries of inputs from the in-house production coordinators or stores depts of various sites.
Responsible for co-ordination of Pickup of Finished goods from various Mfg. sites as per Logistics / Transporters designated by the clients
Database Management & Information System Maintaining up to date database of clients, product list, related, commercial agreements, purchase orders and other documents.
Reporting to senior management and as and when required pertaining to client order volumes and execution issues.
Responsible for Inventory management of stock control of API’s, excipients and packing material.
Relationship Management Regular communication and maintaining rapport with clients, manufacturing sites and Vendors for repeat orders and effective order execution.
Vendor Management Search new vendors for all required materials like raw material, Excipients, packing materials Printed as well as unprinted.
