Nirala India Parivar is seeking a seasoned MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our real estate project in Greater Noida West (Sector1). If you have over 10 years of handson experience in MEP within the real estate sector and a drive to deliver highquality results, this role is for you.

Role & responsibilities :-

1. Develop and manage detailed MEP project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
2. Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations, and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders for integrated project execution.
3. Oversee the design and engineering of MEP systems, providing technical guidance to the team and ensuring compliance with building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
4. Manage procurement of MEP equipment and materials, prepare technical specifications, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers for quality and cost-efficiency.
5. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems on-site, ensuring adherence to approved specifications and timelines.
6. Conduct regular site inspections, implement quality control procedures, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure safe and high-quality execution.
7. Monitor project expenditures, implement cost-control measures, and prepare financial reports including forecasts, budget variances,



and progress updates.
8. Ensure seamless communication between MEP teams, contractors, and project managers, while proactively resolving technical issues and risks during construction.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MEP)
- Minimum 7 years of handson MEP experience in real estate (residential/commercial projects)
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, project management tools, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and relevant statutory compliances
- Preference would be given to those having experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to work seamlessly across teams
- Extensive coordination experience with design teams, contractors, and MEP service providers
- Coordination with design teams contractors and MEP service providers
