We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Pass and verify Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra Entries.
- Prepare and reconcile General Ledger, Customer Ledger, and Vendor Ledger Accounts.
- Handle TA & DA claims verification, processing, and reconciliation.
- Manage employee reimbursement and transportation expense accounting.
- Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and compliance of Income Tax (TDS) requirements.
- Prepare GST-related data and coordinate with consultants for statutory filings.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments as per company policies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.




- Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.Payroll
- Hands-on experience with Sales & Purchase Accounting.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Ledger Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS Reports).
- Familiarity with ERP/Tally accounting software.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com Graduate (Mandatory)
- M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products Industry will be an added advantage.
