Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities according to schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Purchase, Quality) for smooth material flow and productivity improvement.
- Monitor and control daily shop floor operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols (5S system) and maintain a clean work workplace.
- Manage manpower effectively by planning, scheduling, and monitoring personnel performance.
- Should be a Graduate in Science or Engineering or Diploma in Engineering. Should have hands on experience in manufacturing and production at all levels. Should be skillful with handling workers and other team members. Should be willing to relocate to Vapi or Daman or nearby areas Should be able to get along with employees from all levels and take them along. Should have keen eye for detail and aptitude for planning Should be execution oriented
