Talasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant Manager- Last Mile Operations for a funded apparels brand based out of Delhi. In this role you will manage and optimize end-to-end last-mile delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, strong partner coordination, and high customer satisfaction through effective operational management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities - Last-Mile Operations Management • Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth daily execution.

- Monitor delivery performance and address operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues to maintain service standards.
- Performance & KPI Management • Track and drive key operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD),



First Attempt Success Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs.
- Identify trends, analyse performance gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & System Updates • Maintain accurate MIS reports, POD completion, and real-time operational updates in systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for operational visibility and decision making Valuable to Have- - Experience in overseeing last mile operations of D2C brands
- Experience in owning key delivery metrics (On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Attempt Success Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs)
- Experience in creating MIS dashboards CTC - Upto Rs.10LPA (Basis last drawn) Location- Delhi, Okhla
