Role Description The Assistant Manager – Integrated Management System will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of integrated management systems, including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune City involves coordinating audits, monitoring compliance, and supporting certification activities across client and internal projects.

The role includes developing and updating policies, procedures, and documentation; conducting gap analyses and risk assessments; and working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and corrective actions.

Manager will also support training initiatives related to management systems and collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of management systems such as QMS, EMS, and OHSMS, with experience in implementation, auditing, and continual improvement.
- Skills in operational excellence methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM, to drive process optimization and performance improvement.
- Competence in data analytics tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI) for monitoring KPIs, analyzing trends, and supporting decision-making related to management systems.
- Ability to develop and deliver training content related to management systems, compliance, and operational excellence for diverse teams.
- Understanding of supply chain, sustainability, and basic accounting/financial concepts to align management system initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; professional certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams on-site in Pune City.
