Paperchase Accountancy is looking for a dynamic and business-focused HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with business leaders to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people strategy.
- Drive Performance Management (PMS), talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Develop HR dashboards and leverage people analytics for business insights.
- Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6–9 years of HRBP experience in a rapid-paced organization.
- Strong experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
