Job Title : Assistant Collection Manager (Hard Collection)

Experience : 4-6 years In Commercial Vehicle (Hard Collection)

Job Location : Pune , Mumbai

Role & Responsibilites :

Manage 90 DPD collection accounts and achieve recovery targets.

Coordinate vehicle repossession activities with internal teams.

Oversee the resale of repossessed commercial vehicles.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, brokers, and buyers.

Monitor repo inventory, asset movement, and liquidation.

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting.

Negotiate with customers and buyers to maximize recovery value.

Qualification & Skills:

Robust experience in collections, repo handling, and vehicle resale.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle (CV) financing is mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience 4 - 6 Years

Salary 4 Lac To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
