Experience with Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery/quick commerce processes will be preferred. Solid team handling and leadership skills. ? Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.
Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Prepare and share daily performance reports with management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Motivate the team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance. ✅ Requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
