We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Business Growth

Reporting to: Business Head – Black Decker

Experience: 3–4 years

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – E-commerce & Business Growth to drive execution across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and cross-border marketplaces.

This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams to accelerate business growth through marketplace excellence, successful recent product launches and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the business across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other marketplaces.
- Drive catalogue management, pricing, promotions, digital shelf optimisation and marketplace performance.
- Track key business metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support cross-border business across Walmart.com, Amazon.com and other international marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, onboarding, compliance and launch readiness.
- Coordinate catalogue creation, content, pricing and digital assets for new product launches.




- Prepare business dashboards and analyse marketplace performance.
- Partner with Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability and healthy inventory levels.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders to execute business plans and resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart.
- Experience with Walmart.com, Amazon.com or other cross-border marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of catalogue management, pricing, promotions and marketplace analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
