- Develop and implement effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training on industrial safety practices, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments, conduct root cause analyses for incidents, and implement corrective measures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in EHS management or a related field in the chemical industry.
- Solid knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs that drive business results while ensuring employee well-being.
