Role Overview: We are a water purifier manufacturing company looking to hire a Relationship Management & Sales Generation Engineer who will work directly under the Corporate Sales Head. The role focuses on managing corporate customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, supporting sales execution, and contributing to new business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate/B2B customers
- Regular interaction with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Assist in generating new sales and supporting business development activities
- Coordinate internally with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams
- Analyse customer requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS, sales data, and reports
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
- Visit customers and sites as required
Skills Required:
- Technical understanding of water purifiers / RO systems / industrial products
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to support deal closures
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
