Assistant Manager Control Tower | Gurgaon

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Control Tower to drive seamless order fulfillment and marketplace operations across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate and secure appointments for order dispatches across marketplace and quick-commerce channels.
- Handle Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, ensuring smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Manage invoice reconciliation and claims for Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Act as the central coordination point between the Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Process purchase orders and oversee order fulfillment across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT).
- Monitor order flow, track shipments, resolve logistics-related issues, and ensure timely deliveries.




- Coordinate with courier and transport partners to ensure appointment adherence and service-level compliance.
- Analyze operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive continuous efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure high service levels across all business channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in Control Tower, Supply Chain Operations, Marketplace Operations, or Logistics.
- Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of order management, appointment scheduling, invoice reconciliation, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
