Responsibilities Specialization in Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA):

- Provide expert management of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment for solar cell production.

Preventive

Maintenance - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) machines. Ensure adherence to maintenance protocols and best practices.

Breakdown

Management - Lead the response to major equipment breakdowns, coordinating quick and effective repairs to minimize production disruption. Analyze breakdowns to prevent future occurrences. RCA (Root Cause Analysis)



- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and process issues. Implement corrective actions based on findings to improve machine reliability and performance.

Spare Parts

Planning - Analyze historical data and predict future spare parts requirements. Collaborate with shift engineers and spare part manager to align inventory levels with operational needs.

Machine

Uptime - Focus on maximizing machine uptime by overseeing effective maintenance practices, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring that Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Specialized Tools
