2. Monthly material reconciliation
3. Preparation of IMS document and ensure to follow SOP so that no NC in internal / external audit
4. Preparing PM schedule and monitoring the effective
5. monitor and control Process scrap generation
6. implementing tools for process improvement thru KAIZEN, SMED & SIX SIGMA
7. Safety culture development among all workmen, attending their issue, and resolve them with ESH department.
8. inventory control of all consumables of production
9. Draw mat oil consumption and control
Preferred candidate profile From Cable or Conductor Industry
Experience on conductors like ACSR ,AAAC,ACCC(HTLS),AAAC Covered Conductor(MVCC),AL-57,AL-59
