Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Information Security, IT Audit & GRC to support enterprise information security governance, IT audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

? Information Security Audits

? Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

? Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

? Application Security Reviews

? Security Policy Implementation & Compliance Reporting

Key Responsibilities

✔ Support internal, external, and regulatory IT security audits

✔ Coordinate audit evidence, reports, remediation tracking, and compliance closure

✔ Review and maintain security policies, standards, SOPs, and governance documents

✔ Perform IT/application/third-party risk assessments and gap assessments

✔ Conduct VAPT for web applications, APIs, mobile apps, and network infrastructure





✔ Support Secure SDLC and application security assessments

✔ Assist in security incident investigations, access reviews, and security control monitoring

✔ Prepare audit reports, security assessments, dashboards, and executive summaries

Must-Have Skills

✅ Information Security Audits & IT Governance

✅ Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

✅ ISO 27001, NIST, RBI or similar security frameworks

✅ Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

✅ Application Security & Secure SDLC

✅ Risk Assessment & Third-Party Risk Management

✅ Security Policies, Audit Documentation & Compliance Reporting

✅ Security tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap or equivalent

Good-to-Have Skills

➕ SIEM, Endpoint Security, WAF, IDS/IPS, DLP, MDM

➕ Active Directory & Windows Server Security

➕ Azure / AWS / GCP Security Fundamentals

➕ API Security Testing

➕ Certifications like CEH, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, Security+

Preferred Candidate Profile

? 3–7 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security / IT Audit / GRC

? Experience supporting enterprise IT security audits and compliance initiatives

? Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

? Candidates looking to build a long-term career in Kochi will be preferred

? Malayalam communication ability is desirable
